About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run the full sales cycle by generating and following up on leads, booking tours, and closing new memberships
Deliver studio tours that turn curiosity into commitment
Build relationships with new members from their first day
Hit monthly new-member targets and track the sales pipeline
Generate leads face-to-face at local businesses and residential buildings
Lead F45 team-based classes
Coach form, safety, and results for every fitness level
Turn first-timers into regular members
Set up, break down, and maintain studio equipment
Support members at the front desk and in classes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous sales experience
A nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
Comfortable with outbound calling and striking up conversations with strangers
Exceptionally personable, positive, and people-focused
CPR/AED certification, or willingness to obtain
F45 certification, or willingness to earn it
Sales experience in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based business is a plus
Familiarity with MindBody, Loyalsnap, or similar CRM/sales tools is a plus
