Key responsibilities & impact

Speaking with warm leads who have already expressed interest in F45.
Building genuine relationships through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations.
Booking consultations and helping people choose the right membership based on their goals.
Following up consistently so no lead falls through the cracks.
Tracking your activity and managing your pipeline inside our CRM.
Working alongside our marketing team to provide feedback and improve our messaging.
Continuously improving your communication and sales skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with new people.
Excellent written communication.
Comfortable learning new software and using a CRM.
Reliable, coachable, and consistent.
Available to work evenings and weekends when needed.
