About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and support Investment Review Board meetings and governance activities
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting minutes, and action item tracking
- Maintain governance documentation, policies, procedures, and repositories
- Support investment oversight and portfolio governance processes
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination and executive communications
- Develop governance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Maintain SharePoint sites and document management systems
- Assist with governance process improvements and training activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting federal governance, portfolio management, or executive operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
- Experience supporting executive boards or governance councils preferred
- Preferred Qualifications: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Experience supporting USDA or other civilian Federal agencies
