About the role

  • Leading and developing the reception and support teams
  • Ensuring a high level of professional service for our client, their guests, and customers
  • Coordinating tasks and schedules across teams to maintain seamless service delivery
  • Managing a team of receptionists and support staff
  • Scheduling, task prioritization, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Supporting colleagues and ensuring flexibility in handling both large and small tasks
  • Maintaining an overview during busy periods and ensuring service excellence

Requirements

  • Leadership experience and a passion for service
  • Ability to maintain an overview and contribute to a team
  • Self-motivated to take ownership and work independently
  • Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and cheerful
  • Skilled in Danish and English (Nordic language understanding is a plus)
  • Experience with Outlook is an advantage
