About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, development and implementation of Programs and Projects in the Middle East
  • Support teams in conceptualizing, designing and developing programs through the Program Document (PD) and Concept Note (CN) formats
  • Monitor and pace program approvals to ensure compliance with the current approval workflow
  • Support partnership formalization with partners, and follow up with MoUs implementation
  • Support programmatic reporting frameworks, including: Periodic narrative and quantitative reports
  • Lead periodic status meetings with individual community teams
  • Lead and manage some of the projects and partnerships
  • Support the mission team with additional tasks as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High proficiency in drafting narrative and quantitative reports
  • Good understanding of the humanitarian sector and the evolving geopolitical situation in the Middle East
  • Experience acting as a focal point for external reporting requests (Advantage)
  • Prior experience supporting the design, development, and implementation of programs, specifically using Program Document (PD) and Concept Note (CN) formats (Advantage)
  • Fluency in Arabic and English are a must
