About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the design, development and implementation of Programs and Projects in the Middle East
Support teams in conceptualizing, designing and developing programs through the Program Document (PD) and Concept Note (CN) formats
Monitor and pace program approvals to ensure compliance with the current approval workflow
Support partnership formalization with partners, and follow up with MoUs implementation
Support programmatic reporting frameworks, including: Periodic narrative and quantitative reports
Lead periodic status meetings with individual community teams
Lead and manage some of the projects and partnerships
Support the mission team with additional tasks as necessary

Requirements

What you’ll need

High proficiency in drafting narrative and quantitative reports
Good understanding of the humanitarian sector and the evolving geopolitical situation in the Middle East
Experience acting as a focal point for external reporting requests (Advantage)
Prior experience supporting the design, development, and implementation of programs, specifically using Program Document (PD) and Concept Note (CN) formats (Advantage)
Fluency in Arabic and English are a must
