About the role
- Budgeting and Planning
- Provide strategic financial input during planning processes to ensure alignment with programmatic goals and funding requirements.
- Financial Control and Monitoring
- Analyze financial results of countries on an ongoing basis – monthly and quarterly
- Ensure compliance with regulators, donors’ requirements etc.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and risks presenting findings to FP&A Director
- Utilize the NetSuite ERP system to monitor, analyze, and report on headquarters budget performance.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or another related field
- Strong proficient in MS Excel
- 4+ years Experience in financial management and accounting, ideally in the nonprofit sector
- Experience working internationally (advantage)
- Familiar with Financial ERP System (advantage)
