Requirements

  • We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience in MuleSoft API-Led Connect and a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance as well as Property & Casualty Insurance. The role involves leading technical initiatives, ensuring seamless integration, and enhancing our API lifecycle management. This hybrid position requires a proactive individual who can drive innovation and efficiency in our day-to-day operations. Lead the design and implementation of MuleSoft API solutions to support business objectives and enhance system integration.
  • Roles and Responsibility:
  • Oversee the development and deployment of API-led connectivity solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise in MuleSoft API Lifecycle management, optimizing processes for improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems within the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cutting-edge technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot API performance, implementing solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all API-related processes and solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding of MuleSoft technologies.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to improve the API development lifecycle.
