About the role
- Lead end-to-end SAP PS and PPM implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate SAP PS/PPM with FI/CO, SD, MM, PM, and HR modules to support capital and engineering project needs.
- Configure WBS, project budgeting, revenue recognition, and resource planning processes.
- Manage project portfolios, approval workflows, and dashboards within SAP PPM 5.0/6.0 and S/4HANA.
- Collaborate with business teams to optimize project management and reporting processes.
- Create functional specifications and guide development of custom enhancements and reports.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SAP implementation experience, with strong focus on SAP PS and PPM.
- Expertise in EPPM, CPM, and MRS modules.
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA and FIORI.
- Strong understanding of CAPEX and Engineer-to-Order project scenarios.
- Proven ability to lead design workshops and deliver scalable SAP project solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
