About the role
- Administration and maintenance of our Windows-based servers
- Handling requests via email and phone
- Independently resolving customers' technical issues in collaboration with our team
- Testing and applying security updates and new software releases
- Implementing directives from Support and management
- Diagnosing hardware faults
- Network monitoring
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), IT Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid knowledge of networks and Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability
- Excellent communication skills and service orientation
- High degree of initiative, teamwork, and motivation
