About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design complex clinical and patient-facing experiences end-to-end, from flows and wireframes through to polished UI and implementation-ready designs
- Represent user needs throughout product development, from early discovery and problem definition through delivery and iteration
- Explore and experiment with AI tools in the design workflow to improve speed, quality and collaboration
- Work closely with Engineers to advance the design system, ensuring it is usable, accessible and AI-ready
- Identify friction, inconsistencies and opportunities to simplify workflows and improve UX quality across the platform
- Advocate for design-led thinking and improve design practices as the company scales
- Partner with Product, Engineering and the Clinical Safety Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong end-to-end product design skills, with a focus on design systems and UI
- Systems thinking and understanding of impacts across a complex, multi-user product
- Experience working with Engineers and AI tools to build and maintain design systems
- Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design
- Ability to live and work permanently within the United Kingdom
- Ability to travel to London at least 4 times a year and additionally as needed
