About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, test, and configure standard and bespoke integrations bringing client data into Isla's platform
  • Scope integration requirements directly with clients and translate systems, data formats, and constraints into technical plans
  • Map and transform incoming data to power Isla's digital pathways while preserving clinical and operational logic
  • Own the integration lifecycle from discovery and testing through go-live, handover, and ongoing delivery-team support
  • Map clinical pathway requirements into Isla's digital pathways solution
  • Build digital pathways using advanced nodes infrastructure, automations, and interactions
  • Design robust, maintainable pathways faithful to clinical intent
  • Develop deep understanding of client use cases and workflows
  • Serve as a trusted technical contact for clients during onboarding and beyond
  • Lead client calls, ask scoping questions, and explain technical tradeoffs plainly
  • Feed client insights into the product and engineering roadmap
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams throughout client engagements
  • Represent client constraints, priorities, and clinical context internally
  • Match client needs proactively to Isla's technical capabilities and solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience designing or configuring technical solutions against client or business requirements, including solutions architecture, integrations engineering, or clinical systems implementation
  • Prior work in health-tech or another regulated/data-sensitive industry is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working with structured data, APIs, and workflow/automation tooling
  • Experience with node-based or visual workflow builders is a strong plus
  • Genuine product-mindedness and curiosity about the rationale behind clinical pathways
  • Clear communication skills and comfort leading client conversations across clinical, technical, and delivery audiences
  • Ability to manage complexity across multiple concurrent client engagements
  • Comfort working across ambiguity and applying product knowledge and problem-solving to build bespoke client integrations
  • Experience in digital health, clinical pathways, or healthcare data standards such as HL7/FHIR is a bonus
