Key responsibilities & impact

Support NIWC Atlantic’s CIO Software Services IPT (S2IPT) as a Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional
Deliver end-to-end testing services—including manual, automated, regression, and performance testing
Drive requirements gathering, user story development, backlog management, and stakeholder collaboration
Ensure system reliability, enhance business workflows, and help translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
Conduct manual and automated regression tests and report findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with government stakeholders, developers, and Business Champions to gather requirements and manage backlogs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience in software testing (manual and/or automated) and/or business analysis within an Agile environment
Experience developing test scripts and documenting results
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance (or specify if another level is required)
Active DoD clearance preferred
