About the role

  • Administer and monitor Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in cloud environments, ensuring compliance with security and privacy policies;
  • Configure, maintain and improve access policies, roles, groups and permissions on cloud platforms such as AAD, AWS and GCP;
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to implement secure access control solutions;
  • Conduct periodic security audits and analyses, identifying and mitigating potential access management vulnerabilities;
  • Actively participate in the resolution of cloud-related IAM security incidents;
  • Provide specialized technical support to internal teams, addressing questions and assisting with access management issues in the cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields;
  • Experience administering cloud IAM systems, preferably with AAD, AWS and/or GCP;
  • Experience supporting SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud solutions;
  • Solid knowledge of information security principles and best practices for access management in cloud environments;
  • Familiarity with authentication and authorization protocols such as OAuth, SAML and OpenID Connect;
  • Technical skills for configuring, monitoring and maintaining access policies in cloud environments;
  • Ability to analyze and resolve access management issues in complex environments;
  • Relevant cybersecurity and/or cloud certifications are a plus;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, able to interact with different areas and varying technical levels;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and objectives.
