About the role

  • Monitor requests that align with clients' needs and objectives based on the contracted scope;
  • Provide assisted follow-up, developing effective mitigation plans together with the client-facing teams;
  • Act as the focal point for security-related issues and client advisory, offering targeted guidance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in information security;
  • Basic knowledge of incident management, crisis response, and risk mitigation.
  • Nice to have:
  • English language proficiency;
  • Understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practices.
