About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the development and implementation of ISEP’s strategic plan for the designated regional portfolio of Partner Institutions
- Lead and supervise a team, including an Assistant Director and University Relations Manager
- Cultivate strategic working relationships with stakeholders at key institutions
- Establish enrollment KPIs and report quarterly to ISEP Executive Team on progress
- Lead strategic initiatives assigned by Vice President for Member Relations
- Identify and recruit new institutions to support growth and retention goals
- Enhance program delivery through academically focused initiatives
- Coordinate with other Directors of Member Relations on special projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in relevant field of study
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in international education
- Proven track record in student recruitment and enrollment growth
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or similar CRM and project management platforms
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
- Foreign language proficiency is desired.
