About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of ISEP’s strategic plan for the designated regional portfolio of Partner Institutions
  • Lead and supervise a team, including an Assistant Director and University Relations Manager
  • Cultivate strategic working relationships with stakeholders at key institutions
  • Establish enrollment KPIs and report quarterly to ISEP Executive Team on progress
  • Lead strategic initiatives assigned by Vice President for Member Relations
  • Identify and recruit new institutions to support growth and retention goals
  • Enhance program delivery through academically focused initiatives
  • Coordinate with other Directors of Member Relations on special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in relevant field of study
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in international education
  • Proven track record in student recruitment and enrollment growth
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or similar CRM and project management platforms
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and manage budgets
  • Foreign language proficiency is desired.
