About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the development and implementation of ISEP’s strategic plan for the designated regional portfolio of Partner Institutions
Lead and supervise a team, including an Assistant Director and University Relations Manager
Cultivate strategic working relationships with stakeholders at key institutions
Establish enrollment KPIs and report quarterly to ISEP Executive Team on progress
Lead strategic initiatives assigned by Vice President for Member Relations
Identify and recruit new institutions to support growth and retention goals
Enhance program delivery through academically focused initiatives
Coordinate with other Directors of Member Relations on special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in relevant field of study
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in international education
Proven track record in student recruitment and enrollment growth
Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, or similar CRM and project management platforms
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and manage budgets
Foreign language proficiency is desired.
