About the role
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of the pharmacist
- Manage inventory of pharmaceutical products and medical devices
- Greet and advise customers on their prescriptions and health products
- Verify prescriptions and ensure regulatory compliance
- Keep patient records and computerized stock information up to date
- Handle cash transactions and manage orders
- Participate in setting up pharmacy displays and promotions
Requirements
- Ideally 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- In-depth knowledge of medications and their management
- Inventory management skills
- Customer service skills
- Solid background in biology, chemistry and pharmacology
- Understanding of common pathologies
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations
- Knowledge of medical devices and health products
