About the role

  • The QA Manager leads global QA team members across the globe and enhances product quality and engineering processes for booking and transaction platforms. Collaborates with cross-functional leadership teams, vendors, and customers. Champions an automation-first approach with backend, web, and mobile test automation integrated with CI/CD pipelines. Manages and supports various test environments and defines QA KPIs and strategy. Mentors team and participates in employee engagement and organizational initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading, managing, and mentoring high-performing QA teams across backend automation and mobile testing disciplines.
  • 5+ years of experience building testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for web, API, and mobile applications.
  • Proven experience implementing backend automation frameworks using tools such as Postman or Playwright.
  • Proven experience leading mobile automation testing, including device farm/cloud testing integration.
  • Expertise in automation integration with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
  • Experience with performance, security, i18n/l10n, and accessibility testing for APIs, web, and mobile.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile environments collaborating with cross-functional teams.
