About the role
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to client leaders
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Actively build and expand relationships with client stakeholders
- Synthesize complex analyses into clear narratives
- Lead presentations of insights and recommendations
- Translate client questions into analytical approaches
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Solutions teams
- Develop a deep understanding of client platform and user behavior
- Reinforce shared KPI definitions and analytical methodology
- Contribute to documentation, onboarding, and enablement efforts
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, consulting, or a related role with direct stakeholder engagement
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong business judgment
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with modern data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
- Experience delivering insights via BI tools (Tableau preferred) and translating data into executive-ready outputs
- Awareness of data privacy, security, and responsible data handling practices
- Ability to use systems thinking and context to determine which data matters
- Ability to balance proactive insight generation with responsive support in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong accountability and dependability
