About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze the user journey from the first website visit to registration and subscription.
  • Identify where users drop off and find ways to improve the conversion funnel.
  • Review and optimize landing pages, CTAs, registration pages, subscription pages, and checkout flows.
  • Plan and run A/B tests on pages, content, CTAs, forms, and user journeys.
  • Use data and user behavior insights to identify conversion problems and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor website performance using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar tools.
  • Work with the Performance Marketing team to understand traffic quality and improve the post-click experience.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Design, Content, and Development teams to implement improvements.
  • Track key metrics such as Conversion Rate, Subscription Rate, Bounce Rate, Funnel Drop-off, and CPA.
  • Turn data and user insights into clear and practical recommendations.
  • Test, measure, and continuously improve the website and subscription experience.
  • Prepare regular reports on CRO performance, test results, and key findings.
  • Stay up to date with CRO, UX, analytics, and experimentation best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in CRO, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience optimizing websites, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
  • Good understanding of user journeys and conversion funnels.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand website and user behavior data.
  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar platforms.
  • Good understanding of conversion and performance marketing metrics.
  • Ability to turn data into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in EdTech, SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.
  • Experience optimizing subscription or checkout funnels.
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and landing page design.
  • Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or VWO.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
