About the role

  • Assist parents and students in joining their trial session (Zoom/Platform support)**
  • Solve basic technical issues (audio, camera, login issues)**
  • Act as a bridge between tutor and parent if any issue occurs**
  • Respond to parents' booking questions**

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking with US & Canadian customers**

  • Basic technical knowledge (Zoom, browsers, internet troubleshooting)**
  • Available for midnight shift (aligned with North America time zones)
  • Experience in customer support**
  • Experience in EdTech**
  • Experience handling international clients
