About the role
- Assist parents and students in joining their trial session (Zoom/Platform support)**
- Solve basic technical issues (audio, camera, login issues)**
- Act as a bridge between tutor and parent if any issue occurs**
- Respond to parents' booking questions**
- Ensure smooth session start & follow-up when needed**
- Maintain high attendance & positive experience rate
Requirements
- Intermediate English (spoken & written)**
- Comfortable speaking with US & Canadian customers**
- Good communication & problem-solving skills**
- Calm under pressure**
- Basic technical knowledge (Zoom, browsers, internet troubleshooting)**
- Available for midnight shift (aligned with North America time zones)
- Experience in customer support**
- Experience in EdTech**
- Experience handling international clients
