About the role

  • - Gather and analyze educational and operational data to support the Education Team.
  • - Monitor student performance, engagement, and attendance trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • - Prepare reports and visual dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • - Assist in designing metrics and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • - Collaborate with educators, project managers, and other teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • - Identify patterns and trends in data to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • - 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in education, EdTech, or related sectors.
  • - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Ability to communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
