About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating iSchool’s educational offerings.
- Handle incoming inquiries through various platforms, providing in-depth information about courses and services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts and maintain a proactive approach in managing customer relationships.
- Conduct personalized consultations to help parents understand the benefits of our programs and make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategic initiatives to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality with residence in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field, ideally within the education or technology sectors.
- Strong proficiency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
