About the role
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and engage them in discussions about iSchool's educational offerings.
- Respond to inbound inquiries, providing detailed information about available courses and services.
- Build and manage a customer pipeline through follow-up calls and effective relationship management.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of our programs, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Saudi Nationality based in Saudi Arabia
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a related field, ideally in the education or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and a basic understanding of sales processes.
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for customer service.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
