About the role

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design and development of embedded systems and applications
Coordinate development projects and ensure alignment with overall product and security requirements
Define coding standards, review code quality, and drive best practices in software engineering
Collaborate closely with hardware, cybersecurity, and operations teams
Actively contribute to architectural decisions and technology roadmap
Ensure timely delivery of software components for product releases
Work on highly secure and robust hardware and software solutions for critical infrastructures and defense applications

Requirements

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
5+ years of professional experience in software development (C/C++, embedded systems, or comparable)
Proven leadership or team coordination experience
Familiarity with secure coding standards and development for critical environments is a strong plus
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
Fluent in English; Hungarian is an advantage
