About the role
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design and development of embedded systems and applications

Requirements
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (C/C++, embedded systems, or comparable)
- Proven leadership or team coordination experience
- Familiarity with secure coding standards and development for critical environments is a strong plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English; Hungarian is an advantage
