About the role
- Configure and customize Veeva CRM applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM and external systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to translate requirements into specifications.
- Perform validation activities including test script execution and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM configuration and performance.
- Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- Nivel muy alto de inglés
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia
- Deep expertise in Veeva CRM ecosystem: Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, Veeva Align, Veeva Network.
- Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM configuration and customization.
- Proficiency with Veeva Data Loader, Veeva Network integrations, and CRM Mobile optimization.
- Strong knowledge of GxP compliance, validation documentation, and audit readiness.
- Expertise in business processes across Pharma and Biotech.
