About the role

  • Co-responsible for the structural and technical execution of various energy engineering projects and industrial/commercial construction projects
  • Support projects from initial planning concepts through tendering and contract award to construction execution
  • Preparation of concept, permit/approval, and construction documentation
  • Participation in tendering and contracting processes
  • Coordination of interfaces with other trades and subcontractors
  • Project management and project delivery tasks
  • Support in site supervision and construction monitoring
  • Advising clients and project teams on all types of structural/technical questions

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Some initial professional experience
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly
  • Solution-oriented thinking
  • Enthusiasm for new challenges and topics
  • Self-initiative, independence, and proactivity
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic understanding of structural engineering and design
  • Willingness to undertake occasional, time-limited business trips
  • Initial experience with construction-specific software
  • German language level at least C1 (CEFR)
  • English language level at least B1 (CEFR)
  • Driver's license Class B (car)
