Key responsibilities & impact

Lead high-impact technology transformations
Develop and maintain client relationships

Advise our large enterprise clients in Industry and Services sectors
Manage large-scale transformation programs
Grow and retain a client portfolio
Deliver high-value commercial proposals
Supervise the consultants on the team
Provide hands-on management and continuous skills transfer
Contribute to service offering development and firm initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from a top business school or engineering school
Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in a consulting firm
Significant experience in IT topics, digital transformation, or technology strategy
Proven track record in business development
Proposal development experience
Client relationship management
Account development experience
Comfortable in a managerial role
Team leadership and supervision
Giving constructive feedback
Mentoring and developing junior and mid-level profiles
Curious, rigorous, and solutions-oriented
Ability to navigate complex environments
Strong communication with C-level stakeholders
Good command of English, both spoken and written
