Support in the structured elicitation, analysis and specification of requirements in the context of the further development and re-tendering of a modern APM tool stack
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and users
Validation of requirements
Establishing the basis for sustainable and cost-effective solution decisions
Active contribution to shaping and further developing an efficient, future-oriented monitoring landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex IT environment
At least 5 years of experience in comparable senior-level responsibilities
Solid knowledge of Requirements Engineering
Analytical, structured, and independent working style
Experience working with diverse stakeholders and users
Strong communication and mediation skills in technical environments
Good knowledge of current observability tools such as Grafana, New Relic, Instana, Dynatrace, or Elastic
Solid methodological and technical understanding of modern IT solutions
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
Experience in agile development environments using Scrum or SAFe is a plus
Resident in Switzerland
