About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design responsive website layouts with a focus on user experience (UX) and intuitive interfaces (UI) using Figma;
Create social media assets: static images, animations, videos, and promotional/advertising campaigns;
Develop and adapt visual identities, logos, packaging, and materials such as promotional leaflets;
Participate in brainstorms and collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative ideas;
Use artificial intelligence tools to optimize and enhance creative processes;
Manage incoming requests responsibly, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Graphic and/or Digital Designer, with an up-to-date portfolio;
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, and other creative tools;
Video editing and motion design experience is essential;
Experience with visual identity and branding (logos, marks, style guides);
Experience designing for digital performance and promotional campaigns;
Familiarity with AI tools applied to design (e.g., Midjourney, RunwayML, D-ID) is a plus;
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines autonomously.
