About the role
- Plan and coordinate interesting, varied civil engineering and road construction projects in Northern Germany
- Prepare and review detailed execution plans and specifications (bills of quantities)
- Take on construction/site supervision
- Handle service phases 1 to 6 (optionally up to 9) under HOAI
- Manage and monitor timely and quality-compliant delivery of services
- Review invoices and control costs
- Manage change orders and defects
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- At least two years of project experience
- Good knowledge of standards and regulations for the planning of transport facilities and civil engineering works
- At least basic knowledge of contract law (VOB and HOAI)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Business-fluent German language skills
- Possession of a Class B driving licence (formerly Class 3)
- Team player with the ability to work independently and show initiative
