About the role
- Planning and coordination of civil engineering and road construction projects in northern Germany
- Preparation and review of construction plans and specifications
- Independent handling of service phases 1 to 6 (optionally up to 9) under HOAI
- Management and monitoring to ensure timely and quality-compliant service delivery
- Invoice verification and cost control
- Change order and defect management
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- At least two years of project experience
- Good knowledge of standards and guidelines for the planning of traffic infrastructure
- At least basic knowledge of contract law (VOB and HOAI)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Business-fluent German
- Hold a Class B driver's license
- Team player with the ability to work independently and strong initiative
