Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and execute Ipas' individual giving strategy, expanding relationships with major and principal donors while increasing unrestricted philanthropic revenue.
Personally cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of transformational donors and prospects.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Individual Giving team.
Partner with executive leadership and colleagues across Development, Communications, Finance, and global programs to strengthen donor engagement and organizational philanthropy.
Utilize fundraising analytics, portfolio management, and strategic planning to drive long-term fundraising success and operational excellence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated success securing major and principal gifts, including six- and seven-figure philanthropic investments.
Experience leading an individual giving, major gifts, or principal gifts fundraising program.
Proven ability to lead and develop fundraising professionals.
Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and strategic planning skills.
Experience developing donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
Passion for advancing human rights, reproductive freedom, gender equity, or related social justice causes.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
