About the role

  • Identify and approach potential new customers
  • Conduct acquisition calls and presentations to convince prospective clients of our software solutions
  • Build and maintain a network of decision-makers across various industries
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Manage and further develop existing customer relationships
  • Analyze customer needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and consultation
  • Prepare proposals and lead negotiations through to contract signing
  • Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
  • Document all activities in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or a comparable qualification — suitable for career changers or the next step in your career
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software sector
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong negotiation abilities
  • Proactive, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
  • Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
