About the role
- Identify and approach potential new customers
- Conduct acquisition calls and presentations to convince prospective clients of our software solutions
- Build and maintain a network of decision-makers across various industries
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage and further develop existing customer relationships
- Analyze customer needs and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and consultation
- Prepare proposals and lead negotiations through to contract signing
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads
- Document all activities in the CRM system and produce regular sales reports
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in business administration, marketing, business informatics, or a comparable qualification — suitable for career changers or the next step in your career
- 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the software sector
- Proven success in new customer acquisition and building long-term customer relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and strong negotiation abilities
- Proactive, goal-oriented working style with high self-motivation
- Experience with CRM systems and MS Office
