About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify opportunities and drive improvements in the customer experience;
- Validate new implementations, identifying fixes for delivered features;
- Correct processes and features that impact the user experience;
- Plan, run, and facilitate co-creation workshops and innovation projects using a Design Thinking approach for ioasys's internal and external clients;
- Create prototypes, map user flows and processes, and manage projects while testing usability;
- Apply user research methods and develop prototypes;
- Prepare reports and synthesize results;
- Approach new implementations with a focus on improving the customer experience;
- Validate features (including their communication and integration elements) across all channels and touchpoints;
- Monitor and analyze projects involving customer experience;
- Ensure application of the Design System and Brand ID across digital channels.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong foundation in design fundamentals such as typography, Gestalt principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, composition, grid systems, and related areas;
- Demonstrate strong aesthetic judgment in project layouts;
- Understand design constraints and requirements of digital products, and apply established design principles and guidelines to the projects you support;
- Create interfaces that follow existing grid systems and platform-specific patterns for the target devices;
- Know how to use color to reflect the brand cohesively, evoke emotion, and highlight key interface elements;
- Create and document the visual layer of an individual project within a product, ensuring consistency with other company applications and the brand;
- Have a deep understanding of interaction principles, including usability and accessibility;
- Understand the client's brand and be able to translate it into the company's products;
- Strong skills in low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototyping;
- Solid knowledge of the prototyping tool Figma;
- Strong communication skills and a creative mindset;
- Previous experience in mobile product development.
