About the role

  • Central role in building and scaling a high-growth corporate group in the field of electrical engineering

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in finance/controlling, ideally in a project- or contract-driven industrial environment (e.g., electrical engineering, plant engineering, technical services)
  • Good knowledge of HGB accounting as well as operational controlling
  • Experience or strong affinity for M&A/buy-and-build structures and post-merger integration (PMI)
  • Practical experience in implementing or further developing ERP and reporting systems
  • Solid understanding of working capital, cash flow and project margins
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of operational work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong motivation to learn and to shape processes
