About the role

Requirements
- A degree in literature, English, comparative literature, or a related humanities field is preferred but not required.
- Teaching experience, academic research, editorial work, or extensive reading and writing experience are all valuable indicators of fit.
- Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and interpretive steps (“showing your work”)—is essential.
