Requirements
- British Sign Language fluency
- Knowledge of Deaf culture, visual linguistics, BSL grammar and syntax, non-manual markers, fingerspelling, and regional variations
- Advanced language model evaluation skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Deaf Studies, Sign Language Interpreting, Linguistics, or a related field
- RID certification, teaching experience, or community interpreting projects
