About the role
- Converse with the model in Spanish (Caribbean) across a wide range of topics, verify linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Document failure modes so we can harden model reasoning.
- Focus on regional Caribbean Spanish features for training data—Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba.
Requirements
- A degree in Linguistics, Translation, Spanish Language, Literature, or a related field is ideal
- Professional experience in teaching, translation, localization, or editorial work signals fit
- Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential
- As a contractor you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet
