About the role
- Shape training data for large-scale language models to improve scientific discovery, education, and software development
- Challenge advanced language models on software engineering topics in Telugu and document failure modes
- Converse with models on technical scenarios, verify logical accuracy and coding fluency, and assess Telugu language naturalness and correctness
- Capture reproducible error traces and recommend improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Contractors must supply secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits (health insurance, PTO) do not apply
Requirements
- Fluent in Telugu
- Expert in algorithms, data structures, and software architecture
- Experience with frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems
- Ability to converse and assess models in Telugu, verify logical accuracy and coding fluency, and assess naturalness and correctness of Telugu language usage
- Ability to capture reproducible error traces and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
- Clear, metacognitive communication and "showing your work"
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science/software engineering ideal; real-world coding experience, technical writing in Telugu, or open-source contributions signal fit
