About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop a detailed understanding of Invinity's battery chemistry, performance, and safety features and communicate them to internal and external audiences
Interface with Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams to understand company and departmental capabilities
Meet existing and potential customers and partners to explain product capabilities, elicit requirements, and determine optimal product architecture
Lead the design and configuration of battery energy storage solutions for utility, data center, and C&I customers
Develop and enhance tools, templates, processes, and workflows for the Commercial organization
Prepare white papers, product brochures, data sheets, and other marketing collateral with the marketing team using AutoCAD and MS Office
Travel occasionally to the US, UK, and EU
Attend roadshows, conferences, and other events as an Invinity representative, providing technical knowledge

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of engineering experience supporting the development and delivery of large-scale technical projects
Preference for experience with electrical power systems or renewable project development
Technical experience with energy storage systems, power generation systems, solar or wind power plant design and integration is a plus
Customer-focused problem solver able to collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Undergraduate university degree in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience demonstrating technical competency
Right to work in Canada
