About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and evolve data pipelines in the AWS cloud environment;
- Develop and maintain pipelines using Databricks (PySpark and SQL);
- Structure data in a modern architecture (Data Lake / Lakehouse – Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers);
- Perform ingestion, transformation, and analysis of large volumes of data;
- Integrate data with AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, and Lambda;
- Create advanced SQL queries for data exploration and analysis;
- Develop dashboards and visualizations (Databricks SQL or Power BI);
- Support the definition and evolution of business metrics and KPIs;
- Work closely with business teams, translating needs into data solutions;
- Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency;
- Automate data routines and processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience with Databricks;
- Experience with AWS data services;
- Advanced SQL proficiency;
- Experience with Python (PySpark) for data processing;
- Experience with modern data architectures (Data Lake / Lakehouse);
- Experience in data modeling and building pipelines;
- Strong analytical skills and structured thinking;
- Experience generating insights from structured and unstructured data.
