About the role
- Provide technical solutions for new features
- Assist other team members with technical issues
- Deliver the best solution for the business
- Participate in the end-to-end design of digital products
- Take part in co-creation sessions, raising hypotheses and concepts with stakeholders and clients
- Work in a multidisciplinary team proposing the best solutions collaboratively
- Work with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Map target audiences and define Personas
- Be familiar with key product metrics
- Deliver visually polished and well-documented digital products
- Create functional prototypes to support experience validation
- Have experience with a variety of design software
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with news portals
- Knowledge of banking/financial products
