About the role
- Design solutions aligned with product, business, and design system guidelines.
- Translate identified problems into flows, interfaces, and functional prototypes.
- Ensure visual quality, usability, and clarity in deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and other designers.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role.
- Portfolio demonstrating process and execution (problem → solution).
- Solid foundation in UX, UI, and user-centered design.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping).
- Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Miro, Jira, Maze, Useberry, Clarity, or similar.
- Knowledge of design systems, interface patterns, and UI best practices.
- Ability to apply usability heuristics and user-centered design principles.
- Knowledge of metrics analysis (e.g., conversion, drop-off, errors) to inform design decisions.
- Experience creating flows, journeys, and functional prototypes.
- Ability to write microcopy following tone-of-voice and consistency guidelines.
