Design, develop and optimize Machine Learning models, with an emphasis on LLMs and NLP solutions;
Translate complex business challenges into effective technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data and business;
Conduct applied research and experimentation with cutting-edge AI techniques, staying closely up to date with scientific and technological advances in the field;
Build efficient, scalable data pipelines, applying best practices in data engineering, model versioning, MLOps and performance monitoring;
Ensure quality, security and reproducibility of AI systems in production by applying robust development and model validation standards;
Serve as a technical reference within the team, actively participating in code reviews, architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives;
Mentor other professionals, contributing to the team's technical growth and fostering a culture of excellence, learning and innovation.
Requirements
Experience developing ML solutions, with proficiency in NLP-based models and LLMs;
Proficiency in Python and major AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras;
Fundamentals in statistics, predictive modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning;
Experience with data pipelines in distributed environments, including extraction, transformation, ingestion and orchestration;
Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow, etc.);
Hands-on experience with model evaluation and metrics, hyperparameter tuning and model interpretability;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams, with the ability to translate technical complexity into business impact.
