About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for prospecting, soliciting, developing and maintaining business relationships with a client base made up primarily of SMEs operating in the commercial market.
  • Act as account manager, serving as the primary point of contact between the Corporation and clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs to diagnose issues and provide advice.
  • Be responsible for a portfolio of financial interventions and its profitability.
  • Ensure growth and retention of existing clients within a portfolio.
  • Identify the most promising projects and encourage companies or partners to use the Corporation's services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting or another relevant discipline.
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience as a business financing professional.
  • Possess knowledge of financial analysis techniques, securities/collateral and customary financing standards.
  • Proficient in French (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is an asset.
