About the role
- Personal, knowledgeable, and independent point of contact for our clients on technical questions and advisory processes.
- Establish contact with warm leads who have expressed clear interest in advisory services.
- Conduct open and personable consultations and create added value for clients through independent advice.
- Coordinate appointments and prepare and follow up on advisory meetings.
- Determine individual insurance needs in collaboration with a qualified team—on an independent basis.
- Prepare financial-mathematical analyses that transparently reveal and compare insurance costs, both on a commission and fee basis.
- Systematic and sustainable development and expansion of your client relationships.
Requirements
- Ability to explain complex financial products simply and clearly.
- Completed commercial vocational training in the insurance industry, ideally at a broker.
- Alternatively, a 34d certification/license is highly relevant.
- Experience in the financial services industry, ideally as an advisor or consultant.
- Sales experience is required.
- Independent, goal-oriented work style.
- Strong sales, service, and customer orientation.
