Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong programming experience in Python
Experience developing AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or PydanticAI
Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or similar AI platforms
Experience developing backend applications using FastAPI or Django
Experience designing and developing REST APIs
Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with AI observability tools such as LangSmith or Arize Phoenix
Experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
Experience building AI copilots or intelligent assistants
