About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop test plans aligned with user stories and project milestones
Create test scenarios based on business and customer requirements
Execute manual functional test cases and evaluate test results
Perform integration and regression testing
Identify, document, and report software defects
Monitor reported issues and support defect resolution through re-testing activities
Collaborate with Development and Support teams to analyse and troubleshoot issues
Validate software functionality against business requirements and acceptance criteria
Contribute to testing documentation and quality assurance best practices
Support software releases by ensuring application quality and stability

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-2 years of experience in Functional or Manual Testing
Experience creating test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
Experience executing functional, integration, and regression testing
Experience documenting and tracking software defects
Experience working with Azure DevOps
Experience testing iOS and Android applications
Strong understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
Experience testing web banking or digital banking applications
Experience testing chatbot functionalities
Experience testing customer appointment or scheduling applications
Experience working in Agile environments
ISTQB Certified Tester certification
