Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure
Define and manage project scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, delivery teams, and external vendors
Support regulatory and compliance-driven project delivery
Manage projects related to lending, loan transformation, and digital banking platforms
Govern project execution and ensure alignment with internal frameworks
Monitor progress, prepare status updates, and manage risks and escalations
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery within agreed parameters
Adapt governance and delivery approach depending on vendor involvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in project management within banking or financial services
Experience delivering regulatory, compliance, digital banking, or lending-related projects
Strong understanding of software delivery and banking transformation environments
Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating business, IT, delivery teams, and vendors
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage priorities, risks, and escalations effectively
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or PM²
