About the role

  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of digital and eCommerce platforms.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within the platform scope.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integrations and service continuity.
  • Coordinate platform upgrades and deployments.
  • Work closely with architecture and development teams to support platform scalability and new features.
  • Provide 2nd/3rd level support for digital platform issues.
  • Document procedures, processes, and knowledge base articles related to digital operations.

Requirements

  • - 5+ years of experience in digital and/or eCommerce platform engineering or operations.
  • - Strong understanding of web technologies and platforms (e.g., CMS, eCommerce engines, APIs).
  • - Experience working in hybrid cloud environments.
  • - Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, logging, and incident management.
  • - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • - Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
  • - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • - Fluent in English (written and spoken).
